It’s a short stroll from Aix en Provence’s cultural and historical museums, as well as the walking trail that links Paul Cezanne’s childhood home to his studio, Atelier Cézanne.

Begin the day with a delicious buffet breakfast at La Table du Roi, which is renowned for its authentic Provençal cuisine. Dine in the elegant restaurant, relax on the softly-lit terrace or amidst the winter garden, with a leisurely brunch served each Sunday.
If you’re just after a drink, the skilled barman Jean-Luc Parodi crafts a range of signature cocktails at l’Intemporel bar, drawing on local liquors and regional specialities.
